How It Works
- Fill in brand, product name, and shade (add link or photo if available).
- If you want more than one product, please submit a new form and add each item to your cart separately.
- Add to cart and checkout to send your request.
- We’ll contact you to confirm price and availability.
- After your approval and payment, we’ll order your products directly from the brand.
- Delivery: usually 14–21 days after payment confirmation.

When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders ship once the items arrive from the brand. Estimated delivery time is 14–21 days, and you’ll get updates once your order is ready to dispatch.
What payment methods are accepted?
For pre-orders, only pre-payment via InstaPay is accepted. This ensures your item is reserved directly with the brand.
Can I combine pre-order items with regular products?
Yes. If you buy both, they’ll ship separately — in-stock items first and pre-order items later when they arrive.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled as it’s already requested from the brand.
