How fast will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery time:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days
  • Other governorates: 3–5 working days
Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express delivery is available in selected areas. We currently offer same-day delivery for Cairo and Giza.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Do you deliver across all of Egypt?

Yes, we do! We deliver to every city and governorate across Egypt, so you can enjoy your favorite beauty products no matter where you are.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within Egypt. We’re exploring international delivery in the future — follow us for updates!

What if my package is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.

Can I return a product after purchase?

At BePrettyStores, all sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

We kindly ask you to double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our team will be happy to assist.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange a product for another shade or type?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges for different shades, colors, or variants. To ensure the best experience, please double-check product details before placing your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery(COD) and InstaPay for your convenience.

Can I pre-order new or hard-to-find collections?

Yes, you can pre-order exclusive or limited items directly through our website or social media, and we’ll deliver as soon as they arrive.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist!

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled if there are issues with payment, verification, or if we’re unable to reach you after multiple attempts to confirm the order. We always notify customers by email if an order is canceled.

Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic and premium quality,sourced directly from the original brands.

The item I’m looking for is sold out — how can I get it?

You can click on the Notify Me When Back in Stock button and enter your email or phone number. We’ll send you an alert as soon as the item is available again so you don’t miss it.

Do you offer mini sizes for testing or travel?

Yes, we provide mini and travel-size products so you can try them before committing to the full size.
