Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting sales@beprettystores.com.

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as processing will have started.

Modification Requests:

• Modifications to orders (such as address changes) can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Pre-Order Cancellations:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

• Canceled orders approved within the eligible time frame will be fully refunded.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

• Orders containing personalized or custom items cannot be canceled once processing begins.
